What is changed in this mod?
------------------------------------
- added 4 shellstyles (gray, green, blue, gold)
- reworked buttons
- added mouseover effects on buttons in taskbar, toolbar, quicklunch and placesbar
- changed progressbar (drew the new one)
- redrew scrollbars
- changed fonts
- fixed some bugs

1st you need to patch uxtheme.dll file, maybe it is allready done on your windows. Try to patch it with this [link]
2nd just unpack this theme somewhere and double click will show dialog for apply style.
