Quantum machine visual style for Windows XP

- added 4 color schemes (Green, Brown, Melon, Red)
- inverted colors for tooltips
- reworked strips (better visibility)

- removed some stripes from taskbar
- minor color changes

In this style I use wallpaper [link]
Please install fonts from package.
Buttons on style has spetial click feeling. They go deep down inside of plateau, espetial startbutton. I hope You'll enjoy this one.
